Custom GTM Apps

Software built for the way your revenue actually works.

For B2B software companies that have outgrown the off-the-shelf stack. We design and build the custom apps, tools, and integrations your revenue motion runs on. Strategy, design, and build as one team, not three handoffs.

The signal

The tools stop fitting.

Most revenue teams hit a point where the tools stop fitting. There are two ways to know you are there.

It shows up as workarounds.

The CRM does not model how you actually sell. The reporting does not match how you actually win. Your RevOps team has quietly become the integration layer, and the real system lives in Notion docs and spreadsheets nobody else can find.

It shows up on the credit card.

You are paying thousands a month for a SaaS product that almost works, except for the part that actually wins the deal. The vendor is building for someone else's roadmap, not yours. The integration you bought to close the gap never quite did.

Both are the same signal: the off-the-shelf path has run out. You can patch the gaps, wait for the vendor, or build it yourself between launches. Or you can stop patching and ship what you actually need.

How we work

Strategy + Design + Build.

Most projects fail at the handoff. The strategy firm writes the deck and exits. The design shop renders screens nobody asked for. The dev shop builds what the spec said, not what the business needed.

We do not hand off. The same team that frames the problem designs the solution and ships the code. That means the strategy reflects what is actually buildable. The design reflects what the system actually needs to do. The build reflects what the revenue operators on your team can actually run.

We start with the revenue problem. We decide together what the right deliverable is. Sometimes it is a custom app. Sometimes it is a CRM extension. Sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need to build anything, and we tell you so before we charge you for it.

What we build

Five things we build.

Always the smallest thing that solves the problem, built on stacks your current or future engineers can maintain and expand later. If you ever need help, we are always there to answer a question or take on more.

01

Bespoke web apps

Customer-facing or partner-facing apps that live on your domain and become part of your revenue motion. You use these when an existing SaaS product almost solves your problem but the last twenty percent is what wins the deal. We build them on modern stacks that your future engineers can pick up.

02

Diagnostic and assessment tools

Snapshot-style tools that turn a prospect's situation into a structured output they can act on. You use these to qualify and educate at the same time, replacing generic gated content with something that creates real value before a sales conversation. Mir's own Revenue System Snapshot is an example.

03

Full websites with backend

Marketing sites that need to do real work, not just render pages. Member portals, gated content engines, sales-led onboarding flows, programmatic SEO at scale, content systems your team can actually update. You use these when a brochure site is not enough but a full application platform is too much.

04

Internal revenue ops tools and dashboards

The thing your operators built in Notion or Sheets and the business now depends on. We turn it into something with real auth, real data integrity, and real maintenance. You use this when the spreadsheet is the system, and the system has outgrown the spreadsheet.

05

Custom CRM apps

Software that lives inside your CRM, extending what the platform can do for your team. Custom modules, native UI extensions, embedded app cards, and integrations that pipe outside data into the records your reps already work in. You use this when your CRM is the right home but its defaults are not.

Positioning

What we are not.

Not a consulting firm

Strategy firms write the deck and leave you to find someone who can build it. The handoff is where most revenue projects die. We frame the problem, design the solution, and ship the code as one team. The strategy survives contact with the keyboard because the keyboard is in the same room. If the right answer is to not build anything, we tell you that before we charge you to find out.

Not a dev shop

Dev shops need a spec. If you knew exactly what to build, you would not need us. We come from the revenue side, so we know what to build, not only how to build it. We work in the messy space between "we have a problem" and "we have a working system," and we close the gap ourselves. The spec emerges from the work, not before it.

Not a CRM agency

CRM agencies extend your CRM because the platform is their billing center. We are not that. We use your CRM when it is the right answer. We build outside it when it is not. We build the integration between the two when the answer is both. We will never recommend a CRM build to inflate the engagement.

Systems in production, not a wall of logos.

We build for our clients first and ourselves second. Here is work we can point to publicly, plus work we can describe in detail without naming names.

Public · Named

Revenue System Snapshot

Mir's own assessment tool, and proof we build and use our solutions internally. This one is public, live at rss.mirmeridian.com. Prospects answer a structured set of questions about their revenue motion and get a written diagnosis of where their system is drifting. We built it to replace generic gated content with something a CRO would actually keep. Same approach we apply to client diagnostics.

Undisclosed

Commercial insurance brokerage, ~$15M ARR

Needed a website that doubled as their M&A intake funnel. Off-the-shelf CMS could not model their multi-line, multi-region acquisition pipeline. We designed and built a custom site with a backend that captured, scored, and routed inbound acquisition targets to the right partner without manual triage.

Undisclosed

Mid-market B2B platform

Needed a deal desk that could evaluate and route incoming opportunities the way their commercial team actually worked. No off-the-shelf tool could model their qualification rules or partner-routing logic. We built a bespoke automated deal desk that fit their motion precisely, and replaced the spreadsheet they had been running it on.

If you want to see something closer to your situation, we can usually share a redacted walkthrough on a call.

Pricing

Three engagement sizes.

Each anchors a typical scope. Complex work prices by the work, not the tier.

From $10K
Point solution

A focused build that solves one well-defined problem. Typical scope: a single diagnostic tool, a custom CRM module, a discrete internal dashboard, a contained app extension. You know the problem. We ship the solution.

Scope a point solution
From $30K+
Complex integrated system

The shape of the answer is part of the engagement. Typical scope: bespoke apps that become part of your revenue motion, full sites with backends and member systems, multi-tool platforms with custom workflows. No upper cap. We price by what the work actually requires.

Talk through your system

Every engagement begins with a scoping call and a written assessment to determine whether we are the right team. The number you see is a conversation, not a quote.

The 100% guarantee

We only take on work we are certain will deliver for you. That is the criterion. If we are not certain, we decline.

The consequence is simple. If we accept the engagement, we finish it. And if you are not delighted by what we deliver, you do not pay for it.

Ownership

You own what we build.

When we deliver, you own the code, the design, and the IP. We assign all rights at handoff.

No vendor lock-in. No license-back arrangements. No "we keep the platform and you rent it from us forever." We built it for you. It is yours.

Who this is for

You run the company. But your tooling runs against you.

You are the CEO or founder of a B2B software company between $3M and $75M in ARR. Your engineers are heads-down on the product customers pay for, so the software your revenue team needs always loses the roadmap fight. Your operators run growth on workarounds, and the stack you bought when you were smaller no longer fits the company you have become.

You know what is broken. You may not know yet what to build. That is the work we do.

Questions

The things people ask first.

What is the timeline?

Most point solutions ship in four to eight weeks. Integrated builds run eight to sixteen weeks. We scope complex systems on day one and publish a milestone plan before writing any code. We do not start without an end date.

Do you work inside our CRM?

Yes. We are not a CRM agency, but your CRM is in scope. We build custom modules, native UI extensions, embedded app cards, and integrations that connect it to outside data. We use your CRM when it is the right tool. We do not push it when it is not.

Can we see examples?

Public reference is the Revenue System Snapshot at rss.mirmeridian.com. We can walk through undisclosed client work on an intro call. We can also walk through architecture decisions, code samples, and deployment patterns from real engagements if you want to evaluate the work, not just the pitch.

What if we already have a CRM agency?

Keep them. Most of our CRM work sits in the gaps existing agencies do not fill. We are happy to scope work alongside your current partner. We will tell you directly if the work we are quoting is something they could already do for you, and decline the engagement.

What is the 100% guarantee?

It is a filter. We only take on work we determine we can deliver. The guarantee means we will not take on a project we are not confident in, so we finish the engagements we start. The math works for us and you. Regardless, if you aren't delighted by what we deliver, you don't pay for it.

What happens after launch?

We hand off documentation, code, tooling, and an engineering guide that your team or future engineers can pick up. We offer ongoing maintenance retainers if you want to stay with us. We do not build software you cannot leave. If you decide to take maintenance in-house or move it elsewhere, the handoff is clean.
