He draws analogies from parenting, from mentoring, from logic. “If you can get people to listen to your logic—even if they don’t agree in the moment—they take it with them,” he said. Of course, AI isn’t standing still. Large language models evolve monthly. OpenAI’s release of ChatGPT disrupted entire sectors overnight. Ruhul is acutely aware of how fragile startup survival can be in such an ecosystem. “It’s a huge worry,” he admitted. “But the problem doesn’t change.
